Boat Storage Rules at Little Beach

• All vessels stored at the Boat Basin and Kayak Rack must be registered with SPIA at the beginning of every summer season and have a Boat Permit Sticker affixed to your vessel.
• A maximum of two dinghies/kayaks per residence can be stored at the beach and all must be registered and have a permit sticker.
• Dinghies/kayaks must be resident owned as friends or family can not store vessels at the beach.
• If your dinghies/kayaks are stored at the Boat Basin, the first kayak/dinghy registered is free and the second registered is $50.00. Kayaks stored in the rack are $100 for lower racks and $50 for top racks.
• Be courteous and understanding of your neighbor’s dinghy/kayak at the Boat Basin. Any registered kayak/dinghy has the right to any spot at the Boat Basin and specific spots can’t be claimed as your own for the season. Also, many end up on top of each other when the tide moves them around.
• Keep your kayak/dinghy out of the brush behind the chains. 
• Kayak(s) can not be loosely stored on the ground around the kayak rack.
• Complete and submit the form below to request a Boat Basin Boat Permit. Use of kayak rack is through the annual kayak rack lottery and also must be registered by completing the form below.
• You can pick up your Boat Permit sticker from Charlie. Call or text him at 781-799-5506 to arrange a time.

DINGHY/KAYAK PAYMENT: If you have a second boat to be stored at the Boat Basin or if you won a Kayak Rack lottery:

Payment options include:

1) CHECK: Mail a paper check or mail through your online banking directly to S.P.I.A. Inc., P.O. Box 494 West Hyannisport, MA 02672.

2) PAYPAL: This is a more convenient payment method for you. Please know PayPal charges SPIA a fee with every transaction. Submitting payment through PayPal will charge a fee to SPIA. If you decide to use this method for your convenience, we ask you to pay the convenience fee by checking the box to add the fee to your payment. Choose the “Other” category and make payment either $50 (for second dinghy/kayak) or $100/$50 (for kayak rack bottom/top racks). Also, before submitting a PayPal payment, please type in the comment box your payment is for Boat Registration for Boat Basin or Kayak Rack. Thank you.
